The Fenix ​​​​HM65R-DT is an upgraded version of the reliable headlamp, featuring two light emitters with a total output of 1500 lumens and a highly durable yet lightweight magnesium body that allows the model to be adapted to even the most challenging situations.

The flashlight has a lightweight and damage-resistant body made of magnesium alloy, a material resistant to mechanical damage, corrosion and weather conditions. The headlamp has a compact and lightweight design without external wires, making the flashlight very convenient to use and perfect for any outdoor activity, from caving, camping and evening jogging.

The main light source of the flashlight is a cool 6500 K color LED Luminus SST40, emitting a maximum flux of 1300 lumens. The optical system uses an OP (Orange Peel) reflector, which smoothes and gently disperses the light beam, thanks to which the beam evenly illuminates objects up to 170 m away.

The smaller Luminus SST20 diode with a color temperature of 3000 K, supported by a smooth SMO reflector, provides a concentrated light with a warm color, making it perfect for fog and bad weather conditions. The flashlight, of course, has an adjustable lighting angle, which is done by tilting the entire flashlight module.

The Fenix ​​​​HM65R-DT headlamp is powered by a 18650 battery (included), which can also be replaced with 2 disposable CR123 batteries. However, we recommend using an 18650 battery, which guarantees full lighting parameters and longer flashlight operation. This model is equipped with a USB-C port, which allows you to charge the battery with a high current of 1.5 A without removing it from the device. This is a very functional solution when we plan to work with the headlamp for a long time.

Thanks to the use of two buttons, the flashlight is very simple and convenient to operate, and most importantly, you do not need to remove the flashlight from your head. Each emitter is controlled by a separate switch, which also changes the brightness level. The long-range SST40 emitter offers 3 operating modes: high (1300 lumens), medium (400 lumens), low (130 lumens). The smaller SST20 emitter offers three alternative modes: high (400 lumens), medium (130 lumens) and low (5 lumens). The flashlight's beam can be increased to 1500 lumens by turning on two diodes simultaneously.

The Fenix ​​​​HM65R-DT headlamp is equipped with reverse polarity protection to protect against incorrect battery insertion. The flashlight has a high IP68 protection class, making it resistant to dust, dust, heavy rain and even complete immersion in water (2 m) for 30 minutes. Therefore, the HM65R can be successfully used in any weather conditions and for practically any physical activity. Comfortable wearing of the flashlight on the head is ensured by a modernized sweat-wicking rubber headband with reflective inserts, which increases our visibility and safety when traveling on the road or trail at night. The HM65R-DT uses a constant current driver, which guarantees a longer flashlight operating time.
