The Fenix TK22 Tac flashlight body is made of hardened A6061-T6 aluminum, which is subjected to the HA-III hard anodizing process, so the flashlight body and head are resistant to mechanical damage, scratches and abrasion. The milling of the body and its geometric profile prevent the flashlight from slipping out of your hand and provide excellent grip. The optics are protected by a serrated crown (raised head elements), which protects the glass in case of a fall or placing it on an uneven surface. The TK22 Tac also uses a steel clip that allows you to quickly attach the flashlight to a belt and equipment. The torch is equipped with several safety systems, including reverse polarity protection and "smart protection" against overheating. The light source is a new generation LUMINUS SST-70 LED, emitting a maximum light flux of 2800 lumens at a distance of up to 540 m. Such an impressive light range is achieved by using an enlarged head, a smooth SMO reflector and glass ensuring high light transmission. The cold neutral light color reduces eye fatigue, ensures more natural color reproduction and greater detail. The TK22 Tac has two switches: the main (rear) switch and a mechanical ring for changing the mode group. The rear button activates momentary lighting, constant lighting and, it is also used to change the brightness levels. The rotary ring quickly switches between the tactical and standby mode groups and activates a lock that protects the flashlight from accidental activation. Using the rotary ring, you can quickly switch between "Tactical" and "Duty" modes. In tactical mode, the user can use the flashlight only in high and strobe modes. The "Duty" group includes all possible modes useful for performing official and everyday tasks. The modes are changed by half-pressing, holding the switch for 0.8 s allows you to quickly switch to strobe (regardless of the selected group), to fix the selected brightness mode, you need to press the switch (fully press). Thanks to the memory function, the next time the flashlight is turned on, the last used lighting mode is automatically selected. The Fenix TK22 TAC flashlight uses APF (Advanced Transmission Technology), which reduces the sensitivity of the electronics to interference.
