The flashlight has a durable aerospace aluminum body, which is why it successfully passed drop tests from a height of 2 m. The aluminum alloy effectively dissipates the heat generated during lighting and is resistant to mechanical damage, corrosion and weather conditions. Like the first version, the HP30R V2.0 flashlight consists of 3 main components: a light module, a separate power container and an elastic band. The external battery container has an additional extension cord, so the power module can be conveniently carried in a backpack, jacket pocket and on the belt of trousers / backpack. Thanks to this design, in winter conditions we can effectively protect the batteries from the effects of cold and adapt the flashlight to the specifics of our outdoor activities. The Fenix headlamp is a great solution for every traveler and mountain enthusiast. The main light source of the flashlight is a large CREE XHP50 LED, emitting a maximum luminous flux of 2000 lumens. Such impressive illumination allows you to illuminate a large cave, slope or forest wall even from a distance of 270 meters. White light illuminates distant places better, and in addition, it gives the impression that the light is much brighter. The light of the main diode is reflected from a smooth reflector and creates a well-focused beam, useful for scouting, exploring passes and admiring distant objects. To reduce light loss, the flashlight uses tempered ultra-clear glass with an anti-reflective coating that ensures high light transmission. In addition to the long-range radiation source, the flashlight uses 2 additional LEDs: neutral color XP-G3 S4. Small CREE XPG-3 S4 emitters emit warm color (3500 K) light and a high color rendering index of CRI 75. As a result, the colors of objects and the environment are reproduced much better (than when using cold light) and look natural. The light of small-beam emitters is scattered using collimating lenses. The Fenix HP30R V2.0 headlamp is powered by 2 Fenix ARB-L21-5000 21700 lithium-polymer batteries with a capacity of up to 5000 mAh. 21700 cells are the highest-capacity batteries on the market and ensure the longest flashlight runtime. Charged batteries provide up to 120 hours of operation in low diffused light mode or up to 5 hours in turbo mode with all emitters (total runtime). If you want to extend the flashlight's runtime, simply connect an external power bank to the built-in USB-C port. The USB-C port features a high charging current of 2A, so the battery can be charged in just 4.5 hours. Charging via the USB-C port is carried out without removing the battery from the flashlight. This functional and convenient solution has already been appreciated by many mountain enthusiasts, survivalists and travelers. The 21700 battery can be used as a portable power bank to charge your smartphone several times.
