The flashlight body is made of aluminum, which makes it strong and lightweight, resistant to drops and weather conditions. There are small grooves on the tube that prevent slipping and improve the grip of the flashlight. The heart of the flashlight is the branded Cree XP-G3 diode, emitting a cold light flux of 200 lumens. A smooth reflector and a small diode create a concentrated light beam with a range of 20 m.

Walther NL21R offers 2 constant lighting modes: high 200 lumens and low 15 lumens. On/off and brightness adjustment is done using a rotating head. The flashlight is powered by a built-in lithium-ion battery with a USB-C charging port, which provides up to 2.5 hours of operation in low mode.
